A permit holder must continuously maintain liability insurance applicable to the operation of MPTDs by its customers that meets the following standards:
(A) It shall provide at least $1,000,000 combined single limit coverage with no deductible;
(B) It shall be issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Texas;
(C) It shall name the City of Canton as an additional insured;
(D) It shall not be cancellable until 30 days after the receipt by the City of notice of intent to cancel.
