For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DEMONSTRATION. A public display of the attitude of assembled persons toward a person, cause, issue or other matter
PARADE. Any march or procession consisting of three or more persons, animals or vehicles, or a combination thereof, except funeral processions, upon any public street, sidewalk or alley, which does not comply with normal and usual traffic regulations or controls
