§ 30.02  IDENTITY THEFT PROGRAM POLICY.
   The Identity Theft Program Policy that is in compliance with federal law and is attached to Resolution 2008-18 as Exhibit A is hereby adopted by the city and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
