The City of Canton has a master meter at the surface water treatment plant and master meters in place at each of the well heads to measure and account for the amount of water diverted from the source of supply. It is Canton's policy to purchase meters with an accuracy of plus or minus 5.0% as required by 30 TAC § 288.2(a)(l)D.
