§ 52.17  WATER CONSERVATION GOALS.
   The goals of the water conservation plan are to reduce the per capita consumption of water. The  five-year goal is a 2.5% reduction in per capita water consumption (or 195 gpcd). The ten-year goal is a 5% reduction in the per capita consumption of water (or 190 gpcd). The five- and ten-year water conservation targets shall be addressed by any wholesale water supply contract in the future, as required by 30 TAC § 288.2(2)C.
