§ 151.51  ALTERATION OR RELOCATION OF A WATERCOURSE.
   The  Director of Public Works (Local Administrator) shall notify, in riverine situations, adjacent communities and the Texas Development of Water Resources prior to any alteration or relocation of a watercourse and assure that the flood carrying capacity is maintained.
