§ 115.31  FEE.
   (A)   The annual fee for a taxicab driver’s license shall be $10 and shall be paid at the time of filing the application.
   (B)   The fee shall be non-refundable even if the application is denied.
   (C)   All permits shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
   (D)   A fee will be charged to replace a lost permit.
