§ 115.07 NOTIFICATION OF SALE OF VEHICLE; REMOVAL OF MARKINGS.

(A) Every operator upon the sale or other disposition of a licensed taxicab shall within 24 hours notify the City Secretary of the sale or other disposition.

(B) All identification markings shall be removed prior to delivery of a taxicab upon sale or other disposition thereof
