§ 113.04 PERSONS RESPONSIBLE.

The term PERSON as utilized in this chapter shall include the individual, consignment seller or sellers, and/or groups responsible for the sale, the occupier and/or owner of the premises on which the sale is to be conducted and/or any person conducting or participating in a sale unlawfully on the premises.
