§ 113.02  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARAGE SALE.  Includes YARD SALE or RUMMAGE SALE or ESTATE SALE or a sale of anything of value on any premises not considered a retail business establishment and zoned accordingly, and/or licensed to do business in the City of Canton and/or State of Texas.
