(A) Failure to comply with the policies and procedures referred to herein may result in removal and/or eviction of violator and/or violator’s employer, invitor, or licensor from the premises and/or loss of or eviction from the lots rented, subject only to the provisions of § 111.03 above.
(B) Any person found guilty for violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting, or refusing to comply with, or resisting or opposing the enforcement of any of the provisions of the “First Monday Policies and Procedures”, may be cited and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
