(A) Nothing in this subchapter shall repeal any other ordinance concerning temporary businesses.
(B) The provisions of this subchapter are severable. If any provision of this subchapter or the application thereof to any person, entity or set of circumstances is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this subchapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
(C) A public emergency and necessity exists for the passage of this subchapter, and therefore this subchapter is passed on the date of its introduction and shall take effect and be in force immediately.
