Before a permit is issued there shall be paid to the City Treasurer of the City of Canton, Texas, the sum of $10 for a permit which allows the temporary business to operate at one location for 120 hours or less within the city. A $100 permit shall also be available on an annual basis, but that permit shall be for only 120 consecutive hours at a time and shall be for only one location.
