(A) This entire section is and shall be deemed an exercise of the police powers of the State of Texas, and of the City of Canton, for the public safety, comfort, convenience and protection of the city and citizens of the city, and all the provisions hereof shall be construed for the accomplishment of that purpose.
(B) That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person owning or renting property which is located in a residential zoned area to offer for sale more than two vehicles at one time. The term VEHICLES shall be defined as any car, truck, boat, motorcycle or trailer.
(C) The violation of any provision of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $1 but not more than $200, and each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
