(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) In addition to the above remedies, any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 93.15 through 93.19 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
