The following is prohibited on the waters of Mill Creek Reservoir, otherwise known as Canton City Lake:
(A) The pulling of any person behind a boat on any object designed or operated in such a manner to carry one or more persons, including but not limited to, skiing tubing, or boarding.
(B) The use of personal watercraft. Personal watercraft is defined as any type of motorboat which is specifically designed to be operated by a person or persons sitting, standings or kneeling on the vessel rather than in the conventional manner of sitting or standing inside a vessel, including but not limited to, jet skis.
