That all ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting with any of the provisions of this subchapter are hereby repealed, including the original fireworks ordinance (93-03 passed by the Canton City Council on 3-16-1993) and Ord. 95-10, passed by the Canton City Council on 11-28-1995, which amended § 3 of Ord. 93-03 by prohibiting the discharge of fireworks inside the city limits except in a designated area and on designated dates.
