(A) Authority. This section is adopted under the 2000 Edition of the Uniform Vehicle Code.
(B) Regulation. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a truck with a gross weight exceeding 1,500 pounds upon any residential street or parts of a residential street within the city limits of Canton, Texas.
(C) Trucks used for delivery to a residence will be excluded.
(D) Penalty. Every person convicted of a violation of this section shall be punished by, a fine of not exceeding $200.
