(A) That it shall be unlawful for trucks trailers and semi-trailers to park on the right of way of a state highway within the city limits of Canton, Texas, for the purpose of selling any product, in any location, unless that location is designated by the City of Canton, Texas.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any truck, trailer or semitrailer to remain parked on the right of way of a state highway for more than one hour for any purpose.
(C) This section being enacted for the safety and health of all the people and any firm, person or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in the sum not to exceed $200, and each day shall be considered a separate offense.
