(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in any public place within the city limits of the City of Canton, Texas. The term PUBLIC PLACE shall be defined as any place to which the public has access and includes, but is not limited to, streets, highways, alleyways, parking lots and any other areas owned or controlled by the City of Canton between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. unless that person is conducting business at that location.
(B) Anyone guilty of violating this section shall be fined not to exceed $200.
