3-22-4: LIABILITY FOR FUNCTIONING OF ALARM SYSTEMS:

(A) The city, the police department, the fire department and/or their agents shall not be held responsible for the installation, maintenance or malfunctioning of any alarm system. (Ord. 2021, 12-7-2010)
