§ 152.671 LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS.

The following minimum requirements shall be observed in an I-1 District subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth in this chapter.

Minimum lot area	20,000 square feet
Minimum lot width	100 feet
Minimum setbacks
Front yard	30 feet
Rear yard	30 feet
Side yard	20 feet or 30 feet on the side yard abutting a public right-of-way or 30 feet if abutting a residential district
