§ 152.566 DEVELOPMENT DENSITY.
   The maximum development density shall be determined by the following lot area per unit standards.
 
Elderly senior housing
1,000 square feet per unit
Multiple-family dwellings
2,500 square feet per unit
Townhouse, quadraminium
4,000 square feet per unit
