§ 152.506 LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS.

The following minimum requirements shall be observed in an R-1 District subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth in this chapter.

Minimum lot area
Corner lot	13,000 square feet
Interior lot	12,000 square feet
Minimum lot depth	120 feet
Minimum lot width
Corner lot	100 feet
Interior lot	80 feet
Minimum setbacks
Front	30 feet
Rear	30 feet
Side	15 feet or 30 feet on a side yard abutting a public right-of-way
