§ 152.486 LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS.

The following minimum requirements shall be observed in an R-E District subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth in this chapter.

Minimum lot area	22,000 square feet
Minimum lot depth	150 feet
Minimum lot width	100 feet
Minimum setbacks
Front	30 feet
Rear	30 feet
Side	15 feet
