§ 152.466 LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS.

The following minimum requirements shall be observed in a UR District subject to the additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set forth in this chapter.

Lot area	10 acres
Lot depth	None
Lot width	250 feet
Setbacks
Front yards	30 feet
Rear yards	30 feet
Side yards	20 feet on each side or 30 feet on the side yard abutting a public right-of-way
