§ 152.234 EXTERIOR BUILDING STANDARDS.

   Architectural details for accessory buildings are to be the same or similar as for the principal building based upon (but not limited to) the following criteria:

   (A)   Scale and detailing;

   (B)   Roof pitch orientation and slope;

   (C)   Overhang depth and details;

   (D)   Window and exterior door proportion and types;

   (E)   Building material; and

   (F)   Exterior color.
