(A) The applicant shall implement the tree preservation plan prior to and during any construction.
(B) The tree protection measures of the plan shall remain in place until all grading and construction activity is terminated, or until a request is made to and approved by the city.
(C) The city shall have the right to inspect the development and/or building site in order to determine compliance with the approved tree preservation plan.
(D) The city shall determine whether compliance with the tree preservation plan has been met.
