(A) As part of preliminary plat application, the subdivider shall identify all signs associated with the proposed plat, including, but not limited to, neighborhood identification signs, street signs, traffic control signs, wetland demarcation signs or other signs related to the proposed subdivision.
(B) The type, size and location of signs shall be subject to approval of the city.
(C) Installation shall be at the expense of the developer.
