§ 151.105 CONFORMITY WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING REGULATIONS.
   A proposed subdivision shall conform to the Comprehensive Plan, to related policies adopted by the city, and to the city zoning regulations, as may be amended.
