(A) The moving permit must state the date or dates of moving, hours, routing, movement and parking. Permits will be issued only for moving buildings by building movers licensed by the state, unless the permit is for:
(1) Moving manufactured or modular homes;
(2) Farmers moving their own farm buildings; or
(3) Persons moving buildings which are less than 16 feet wide by 20 feet long.
(B) The permit fee shall be established by resolution of the Council. The permit fees shall be paid in advance of issuance.
