§ 150.015 SCALED SITE PLAN.

   Prior to issuance of a building permit, the Building Official shall require the applicant to submit a scaled site plan including the following information:

   (A)   Scale of drawing and north arrow;

   (B)   Legal description;

   (C)   Property boundaries;

   (D)   Existing structures;

   (E)   Proposed structures;

   (F)   Indication of direction of surface water drainage by arrows; and

   (G)   Erosion control measures.
