(A) It shall be a defense to prosecution under this chapter that the owner, operator or employee of an establishment promptly notified the city's designated law enforcement provider that a minor was present on the premises of the establishment during curfew hours and refused to leave.
(B) A law enforcement officer must look into whether a minor has an affirmative defense before making an arrest.
