§ 32.075 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.
   (A)   A Tree Board is hereby established which shall be composed of five members, residents and citizens of the city, who shall be appointed annually.
   (B)   The Council may, in lieu of appointing a separate Tree Board, assign its duties to the Public Works Commission.
   (C)   The Public Works Director shall be an ex officio member of the Board and the City Forester shall serve as administrative staff to the Board.
