§ 120.15 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR SEXUALLY ORIENTED THEATERS AND SEXUALLY ORIENTED MOTION PICTURE THEATERS.
   (A)   A person commits an offense if he or she knowingly allows a person under the age of 18 years to appear in a state of nudity in or on the premises of a sexually oriented theater or sexually oriented motion picture theater.
   (B)   It is a defense to prosecution under division (A) above of this section if the person under 18 years was in a restroom not open to public view or persons of the opposite sex.
