§ 114.10 EFFECTIVENESS.

The provisions of §§ 114.01, 114.02, 114.08 and 114.09 shall automatically apply upon adoption of this chapter. Sections 114.03, 114.04, 114.05, 114.06 and 114.07 shall not be effective until the adoption of a City Council resolution or ordinance authorizing the licensing of persons covered by those sections.
