§ 112.02 LOCATION OF MACHINE.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to locate, place, maintain or operate any machine on any street or other public ground, and no machine shall be so located that its operation will create a nuisance.

(B) The maximum number of machines as defined in § 112.01 shall be limited to nine in number at any one location or any one business establishment.
