§ 111.162 STATE STATUTES ENFORCED WITHIN OUTDOOR SEATING AREA.

(A) Every licensee under this subchapter shall comply with and enforce all provisions of state statutes, applicable to a licensed premises, except insofar as the provisions are clearly inapplicable.

(B) Violation of the provisions of state statutes shall be grounds for immediate revocation of the outdoor alcoholic beverage license by the City Council.
