(A) All club licensees shall keep a daily register showing the names of guests present and the name of the host member. The register shall be open to inspection by any police officer at all times.
(B) All liquor and beer license restrictions, sale regulations and hours and days of sales, as stated in this chapter and relating to the on-sale of liquor and beer, shall be binding upon all club licensees.
(C) It is unlawful for any club licensee to fail to strictly comply with the provisions of this section.
