§ 111.106 SALES LIMITED TO MEMBERS AND GUESTS.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      GUEST. A person present on the licensed premises in the company of and being entertained by a member.
      MEMBER. Any person in good standing according to rules and regulations of the club, wherever located, having evidence of current membership upon his or her person.
   (B)   Unlawful acts.
      (1)   It is unlawful for a club licensee to sell liquor or beer to any person not a member of the licensed club unless he or she is the guest of a member and actually in the company of his or her host member, and present on the licensed premises only while the member is also present.
      (2)   It is unlawful for any person who is not a member of the licensed club to purchase liquor or beer from the club unless he or she is a guest of the member.
