§ 31.35 ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The position of Assistant City Administrator is hereby established.
   (B)   The Assistant City Administrator shall be appointed by the Council for an indeterminate term for compensation and upon terms and conditions as fixed and determined by the Council.
   (C)   The Assistant City Administrator shall assist the City Administrator and shall serve as the City Administrator with all powers and duties assigned to that position in the vacancy, absence from the city or disability of the City Administrator.
