§ 111.070 UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   It is unlawful for:
   (A)   Any person to knowingly induce another to make an illegal sale or purchase of beer;
   (B)   Any licensee to sell beer on any day, or during any hour, when the sales are not permitted by the city code;
   (C)   Any licensee to allow consumption of beer on licensed premises on any day, or during any hour, when sales of beer are not permitted by the city code;
   (D)   Any person to purchase or consume beer on licensed premises on any day, or during any hour, when sales of beer are not permitted by the city code; and/or
   (E)   Any license to allow persons to sell or serve liquor or wine on the licensed premises who have not first successfully completed a responsible beverage service training course and have filed proof thereof in the office of the City Administrator or as can be verified by on-line access provided to the Chief of Police.
