No sale of 3.2% malt liquor may be made between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Sunday through Thursday, except that on July 3, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and on New Years Eve sales are permitted until 2:00 a.m. No sale of 3.2% malt liquor may be made between 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Friday and Saturday. No licensee may sell 3.2% malt liquor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. unless the licensee has obtained a permit from the state pursuant to the provisions of M.S. § 340A.504, Subd. 7.
