(A) All premises licensed under this chapter shall at all times be open to inspection by any police officer, in accordance with § 10.20, to determine whether or not this chapter and all other laws are being observed. All persons, as a condition to being issued the license, consent to the inspection by the officers and without a warrant for searches or seizures.
(B) It is unlawful for any licensee, or agent or employee of a licensee, to hinder or prevent a police officer from making an inspection.
