§ 99.09 MEETINGS, SPEECHES, DEMONSTRATIONS AND PARADES.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to conduct public meetings, assemblies, worship services, entertainment, parades or demonstrations on the Cannon Valley Trail without first obtaining a use permit from a ranger.
