§ 99.07 BICYCLING.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle on any area of the Cannon Valley Trail except on bikeways and roadways.
   (B)   Bicycles shall be operated as close to the right hand side of the bikeways and roadways as conditions will permit.
