§ 97.085 JUNK CARS, FURNITURE, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   It is unlawful to park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle, household furnishings or appliances or parts or components thereof, on any property, public or private, unless housed within a lawfully erected building. Any violation of this section is declared to be a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the owner, as shown by the records in the office of the County Auditor, of private premises on which the material is found, the city may remove the same and certify the cost of the removal as any other special assessment.
