(A) The owner or operator subject to this subchapter is required at all times to store keys in the box to allow access to the building. Keys shall be placed on a group ring with each key thereon clearly identified by its function.
(B) The key box shall contain the following:
(1) Keys to the main entrance door;
(2) Keys to locked mechanical and electrical rooms;
(3) Keys to elevator controls;
(4) Keys to any fences or otherwise secured areas;
(5) An inventory of keys posted inside the key box;
(6) A card containing the emergency contact names and phone numbers;
(7) Sprinkler system access keys or codes; and
(8) Any access codes required for the above items.
