§ 95.02 STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE AND EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS.
   (A)   Installations shall not be expanded nor shall new installations for the purpose be permitted without a special permit from the Council.
   (B)   Prior to issuance of any permit, an application therefor shall be investigated by the Chief of Police and the Chief of the Fire Department, and a hearing held thereon before the Council.
