§ 94.26 KEEPING.
   It is unlawful for any person to keep or harbor any animal, not in transit, except:
   (A)   Farm animals kept in that portion of the city zoned for agricultural purposes;
   (B)   Animals kept as part of a show licensed under the city code;
   (C)   Animals kept in a laboratory for scientific or experimental purposes; or
   (D)   Animals kept in an animal hospital or clinic for treatment by a licensed veterinarian.
   (E)   Urban chickens are allowed only by permit as provided by § 94.33 at an owner-occupied single family dwelling property located within a residential district that allows single family dwellings as permitted use.
